  • Do I need an appointment for an estimate?

Walk-ins are typically accepted, but we recommend scheduling an appointment to guarantee a technician will be ready to assess your vehicle and deliver a prompt estimate.
  • How long will my repair take?

The duration of repairs depends on factors such as damage severity, parts availability, and insurance authorization. Simple repairs may be completed within a few days, whereas extensive collision work could require several weeks.

Yes. We collaborate directly with all major insurance providers and can help guide you through the claims process to ensure a seamless repair experience. We are also a direct repair program (DRP) partner for Safety Insurance.

  • Do you offer free estimates?

Yes. Please contact our shop to verify availability and arrange a convenient time.
  • What should I do immediately after an accident?

First, ensure everyone is safe. Call emergency services if necessary. Exchange information with the other drivers involved. Document the damage with photographs. Notify your insurance company. Then schedule a repair estimate with a reliable auto body shop.
  • Why does paint matching matter?

Advanced paint-matching technology ensures that repaired areas blend flawlessly with your vehicle's original finish, maintaining its aesthetic appeal and resale value.
  • What types of damage do you repair?

Our services typically include collision repair, dent removal, frame straightening, bumper repair, scratch and paint repair, hail damage repair, and dent repair.
  • Are your repairs guaranteed?

Most auto body shops provide warranties covering workmanship and paint. We encourage you to inquire about specific warranty terms when discussing your repair needs.
